Inner Families: Getting to Know your Many Selves

Being human means being extremely multi-faceted. How often have you found that different people, situations and places bring out different parts of yourself? All of these parts of our personalities play important roles in our lives. This workshop gives participants a chance to explore various aspects of oneself through art making and writing exercises.

Sondra Rosenberg is the Creative Arts Therapies Supervisor at the Renfrew Center of Philadelphia, where she leads groups that address issues including body image, trauma, self-injury, spirituality and mindful eating. She brings a deep passion for art and a strong commitment to empowering women through creativity to her work.

In line with our mission, all Office of Student Life and Engagement programs are only open to matriculated Jefferson students unless otherwise noted. Thank you for your understanding.
